STANDARD COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

Best for: Small businesses, personal brands, and limited product releases.

What’s Included

• 1 end product (digital or physical)

• Sell up to 500 units

• Commercial use allowed

• No credit required (always appreciated)

License Details

This license permits the creation, sale, and distribution of up to 500 units of a single end product created using Shae Digital’s designs, patterns, or creative assets.

The final product must be significantly transformed and may not allow access to the original design files.

For larger sales volume, digital products, or expanded usage, an Extended Commercial Use License is required.

✅ You CAN:

• Use designs in commercial projects

• Sell physical or digital end products

• Modify colors, scale, layout, and composition

• Use designs for branding, packaging, prints, or content

🚫 You CANNOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the original files

• Use designs in templates, asset packs, or design libraries

• Claim ownership or authorship of the original artwork

• Sell designs as standalone graphics or downloads

EXTENDED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

Best for: Growing brands, digital products, and higher-volume sales.

• Sell up to 1,000 units

• Commercial use allowed

• No credit required (always appreciated)

License Details

This license permits the creation, sale, and distribution of up to 1,000 units of a single end product created using Shae Digital’s designs, patterns, or creative assets.

The final product must be significantly transformed and may not allow access to the original design files.

For sales beyond 1,000 units, multiple end products, or expanded usage, a custom or extended license is required.
